Question Whats a good bat for my girl to use? ASA

Trying to get her to play coed with me, she is more of an basketball type of player. I was wondering if anybody has any reviews/suggestions on bats that are used on your coed teams. I have a few 30oz bats and on 28oz. They just seem to heavy for for her. She is 5'7 weighs 130-135lbs. Thanks for any info guys!

my girlfriend is pretty small, and not very strong at all. I bought her a demarini can't remember what model now, but it's 22oz, and she hits it decent but it doesn't have much pop (she has zero bat speed) she always uses the 26oz freak backup bat I have and it has a little pop even with her slow swing, I guess just because of the extra heft. Maybe find a place that she can try a few different ones and see what works best for her?

I'd stick with the heaviest bat that she can search swing level through the zone. Had a girl on my coed team keep going to lighter fp bats in order to hit harder. Accidentally picked up my 30oz Freak 98 in bp and was hitting the ball the furthest/best she ever had (perfect Judy's). It wasn't because the bat is hot either.

I would definitely recommend letting her try some different bats, at least to see what weight she likes. On the lighter end, the Mayhem FP and Virus FP are good, as are many others.

I got mine an Easton Salvo. The dark grey with orange letters Salvo. 26 oz and she loves it.

Hey guys thank you so much! I actually had a 26oz Salvo now I wish I didn't sell it. I need to learn how to hold on to my bats. But honestly I think 22-23oz would be better for her. She has funky swing, no bat speed, and honestly barely makes contact. So hopefully these super lite bats you guys speak of will help?

Got my lady a 25 FP NRG and a 26 CF4 and she does pretty well.
I have a 32/23 FP Mayhem (orange one) sitting in my closet if you are interested that I will sell you pretty cheap. LMK.

I'll take a look at that if he doesn't go for it.

The girls tend to want the lighter bats, but a few years ago one of my guys had a 30oz bat a couple of the girls liked to use because they could hit farther, even with no real bat speed. I want to say it was the original orange DeMarini 375, but I could be wrong.
