Regarding this tourney

Since Panchos disbanded and emanakis isn't going to worlds, does this mean the berth gets passed down to Pipe?

I would assume that being all this happened with the teams mentioned above, it would go to Pipe. But then Pipe would refuse it, being it is a D berth. The same with the Plumbers. It would then go to CTS, and they have also broken up, and the berth may go all the way down to Romanellis team.

In order for the berth to be passed down it has to be when the team passes it down at the event either by not accepting the berth or they have one already.
