Default Wood Bat Help

Hello All,
One of the leagues that I play in is switching to wood bats this year. I have no clue about any of the wood bats. The bat would need to be ASA approved. I am mostly a single, doubles kind of batter, but can hit it out on occasion. I have been looking at the xbats, but any help you guys can give would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Worth and Easton make wood bats. Evil does as well. Check our site sponsors pages for one

I bought the worth toxic for a league I played in last year and it held up. Lots of different bats were used in the league, and many broke. I wouldn't waste your money on the x bats or anything that expensive. Not much performance to be gained....at least in my observation.

If it says official softball and is solid wood = ASA approved. Pick the cheapest.

I would go with the Evil Bamboo or the Worth Toxic. We have used them both and they are great bats. The only difference is the Evil is 29 oz and the Toxic is 28 oz with a thinner handle.
