Default Velcro Exorcism

Anybody remove the velcro straps and have someone like dirty convert it to a lace set up? I have an amg650 I want to send off to him. I don't like te velcro but I'm leary to mod it cause there's no undoing it. Anyone with mod remorse or happy they went through with it?

Just got the word from Nokona they can take off the velcro and install leather laces like their new softball gloves. Estimate is around $95, they have to take apart the glove and relace it as part of the process so $55 relace + $40 leather wrist strap installation.

Also, getting a quote for a U-web replacement so I can do away with the basket web which is probably my biggest pet peave.

Velcro is really hard to look past. Closed backs that are strapped are no problem. Sometimes they are preferable to open back.

I just got my first closed back glove and I really like it. I feel a lot more in control of the glove since its tighter on my hand.
