Default Softball in other states

Every state i've played in outside NY has 300 ft or less fences and use the hardest balls possible...Fla is no exception...4HR's ...Recipe for pitchers getting killed.

NSA where I play is 282 - 300 foot fences using a .44 COR 400 compression ball.

You get TWO HRs, LOL

Some leagues are 2+1 up

I agree, it's silly as hell.

Isn't New Alliance, up here, NSA??? Are they like ISA lite, without any Mikens or something???

Yeah New Alliance is NSA, as is Major Sports. NSA was around long before ISA was around. They are not much alike. NSA is more of a mix between ASA and USSSA, whereas ISA is a more of a hybrid of USSSA.

I believe new alliance is like there own santioning group now. i recently saw there umps with a nsf hat on.
