Im surprised at how many less teams are in this weekend for the States (C,D, and E) softball is definettly dying

2006- 43 teams
2007- 33 teams

looks like they'll have to invent another "SuperBat" like they did with the Demarini Double wall in the 90's and the Ultra in the 2000's...that way, you will get all the younger, instant gratification seeking kids who desire long balls and .....longer balls...to participate again in droves....then the bats will be re-certed and then banned and then grandfathered and then totally banned and then re-issued and ...jesus christ, now you wonder why there are less teams playing nowadays....so much bullshit to play a great game

Yeah but then you lose all the older / less committed guys who see one ball off the Ultra whiz by their nose and realize that golf is starting to look better and better.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$The money you have to spend these days especially if your goal is to travel is ridiculous. Since we qualified for ASA nationals, we can't afford to try and go to Orlando as well.$$$$$$$$$$$$

orlando is cheap to get to...20 mins. from airport....cheap hotels...were are you guys going???

Could be in Mass where there isn't even a C state. Now thats really bad.
