We tried to sandbag the E's last weekend and lost. This weekend we'll be at the D states. Good Luck up there.

Be prepared to play in the worst shit hole you've ever seen. I played there from the day they built the place until I retired. Used to be an excellent complex. Now it sucks. I don't know much about what goes on down there now. It used to be a great tournament, but doubt there's much competition now.

Yeah and if they have to stop the tourney due to weather and one team is undefeated with 5 wins they will be confused as to who should be the winner of the tourney. Their idea will be, can you come back next year and finish the tourney before we start the next one please. Genius!

24 is dead on! Worst fields of all time. Bud Light donates the beer and Tshirts for these tourneys and it's run very poorly. However, $1.00 budlight bottles is GTG. except it's free for him.

To bad the guy ran it into the ground. The place used to be awesome. In the 80's and 90's you had 9 games a night 5 nights a week. Quality teams with big crowds that would actually outdraw the local AA baseball team (Cubs) when the top teams played on Thurs and Fri. nights which we usually did. They actually had a local cable affiliate that used to show live doubleheaders twice a week. The fields were good and the upstairs section over the bar had satelite tv back when nobody else did. They had 32 teams in 4 divisions A-D. They actually kept updated offensive stats posted for batting races, hr titles etc. You had heated long term rivalry's and nobody ever changed teams unless your team disbanded. Not to mention the place drew women like shit draws flies. Lotta nights the place would rock until 1:00am. June-Aug. the place sold more beer than any bar in Berkshire County. I assume because everyone was there instead of the bars. I haven't stopped by in a couple of years. I hear it's just a dust bowl now. Too bad. It was some fun shit back then.
