Here's a thread we had about breaking in a glove last year:

Default Go to Rankin

Rankin is the only place that I know of locally that carries Worth Glove oil. It comes in a non aerosol spray bottle. It's the best stuff I've ever used. Broke in three gloves with it.

Essentially apply the oil, play catch or throw the ball into the glove and repeat as necessary. Which should only be one or two times. If you have a cannon ball, have a catch with that and it will speed up the process.

No one to catch with? Go to the batting cages and pick a fast pitch machine.

i just used rawlings glove treament and tie it up with a softball in the pocket. and use the shit out of it. if you can find someone to play catch with, go play catch. if not, just keep throwing a ball in it.

this works great, you can sit on the coach and break in your glove
