Default Need some help please

I am having some issues with dropping my back shoulder at times while batting and causing me to pop up. I was wondering if any of you guy's on here could possibly give me some tips on how I can fix this issue. I really appreciate any advise or tips, thanks!

The best thing that helped me is when I took bp don't go up and try to kill it I actually posted on here about it and someone told me to take 20% wreckless swing off just let the bat do the work for a while and really build that muscle memory but I also finish with my weight on my front foot and it really keeps my upper body level but also like said above stand tall in the box.

Video tape yourself and watch it. Lots of things can be fixed omce you see yourself. My belief.

Focus on taking a short stride & swinging level. You want to focus on the center of the ball. A lot of people tend to focus on the ball when it’s heading down & then upper cut it almost. Another thing that helped me was converting from a baseball elbow up to a slow pitch elbow down type of stance.

Drive with your hips and shoulder to the ball not under with it. I see a lot of front shoulders ending up high. Really work on throwing your hands at te ball with your front shoulder eve now lower than your back shoulder this will keep you on the ball.

Every once in a while, I will get way under the ball and as I get back to the dugout...

The next AB, I focus on keeping my shoulders level and hands up and that takes care of the problem.
