Default Looking to better Pitching Skills

Hey all,

Can anyone who is either a fellow pitcher or just well knowledgeable in this area, please point me to either a book/video reference, that can help me with learning how to throw all the different pitches correctly in Men's slow pitch? I've been wanting to improve my game in this area and can't seem to find a decent reference anywhere that deals with just this particular topic.

Thanks!

Without a mat. Strikes just have to drop right behind home plate all the same and/or on the corners, but also not too deep at the same time, but that's based on the Umpire's preference.

I'm hoping to learn to throw better specific pitches with some movement or spin to help drop the pitches in to keep batters off balance. I currently only use 3, the basic underhand throw, the backspin, and a poor attempt at a curve ball that normally has too much spin and just hangs there.

Thanks!
