Default how can I fill a softball bat with tennis balls?

Im trying to fill a softball bat with tennis balls but I think they are too big for a softball bat. Does anyone has filled a softball bat with tennis balls?
Im trying to cork 4 bats for the home run derby of my league.

Thanks

if you need to modify your bat to hit homeruns, you're doing it wrong.

Tennis balls are so 1970's, be a man and use pool noodles...

You'll need a hacksaw, razor blade and some gorilla glue...

Take the hacksaw and cut off endcap, it's ok to take some of the bat barrel so you don't ruin the endcap...once you have the endcap off you use the pool noodle and cut it about 10" long...it's usually a little wider than the bat but because of the flexibility of it you can squeeze it enough to fit...then you take the endcap and put the gorilla glue around the edge and also along the edge of the cut part of the barrel and use those long clamps they make, once that's done take the razor blade, remove any left over glue AFTER it's dried for 72 hours, curing is important...when your done with that you take the razor blade, cut your wrist length wise, thats the most important part, vertically not horizontally, if you go vertically it's like you didn't really try...let us know how that works...
