Default Hitting BP yesterday..

so I went out and hit with some guys yesterday at rogers park in danbury.. with ottush, rj, mikey, vinny, riolo and a few others and my steel right outta the wrapper after 25 swings splits... UNBELIEVEABLE.. just got it a month ago as a replacement bat..


call Demarini today.. "sorry nothing we can do , one time replacement" ...aah bullisht what a joke.. I am really annoyed I know it's only a white steel but jesus! it was brand new and 64 degrees out... what a joke they are ... no more demarini's for me..just needed to vent a litle now I am going to the gym... ALRIGHTY THEN......

Honestly.. I don't think it was 64 yesterday first of all....and I wouldn't use mine in this weather at all... its just too cold and that bat is not the most durable, especially if its not hot out.

there were a couple worth launch 650s in the batch of balls we were hitting. those balls are to hard to hit with that bat especially in the colder weather

I heard it was 66 out and no I wouldnt have been hitting it either.

Sure didn't feel like 66. Maybe it was. Anyway, I still wouldn't have used a WS for awhile.

Yea, Yahoo had it at 66 in Beacon yesterday. I think it was pretty damn warm. I had the sunroof open.

yeah I guess it is my fault for taking it out early...I know it was 63 at the field in my car at 3:00 but oh well....someone will buy it for an endcap or something...

You gotta remember, its the balls that make the difference. If you were hitting a few Launch650's I'm sure they were harder than that too.

For every ten degrees under 70 the ball gains another 100 lbs of compression. even if it was 65 hitting a launch 650 would be equivalent to hitting a 52/700 ball.
