I know Phil and Ross, and I think Leelum use that. Not only do they look cool in it, but I have never heard them complain about it being uncomfortable.

So the Worth one seems to be the best one to get? I've used the plastic face with the straps around the head in the past and I feel like i'm in a fishbowl...which is why i haven't wore a mask in over a year

Yea, I think I'm gonna go with that one...I'm playing 2 island leagues this summer and Mike's making everyone wear a mask. Personally, I'd rather see the bats weighed on-site at the field to see if they've been shaved rather than wear a mask or just change the balls to a lower compression. I've been hit a lot of times from the waist down, it comes with pitching...but I got enough reflexes to protect my face from a missle...the mask seems a bit annoying but whatever.

Unfortunately, weighing bats is not accurate enough.

Wear the shinguards like our pitcher does, he got hit at BBH his first game ever pitching without them, and then he started wearing them after that and it totally changed his mentality. And screw people if they don't like it.

Major League baseball players wear arm and shin guards to bat so I see no difference for pitchers in softball that want to protect themselves.

I use one myself, after an inning or 2, you don't even know you're wearing it.
