Default Best grip?

Put about 100 swings on my new fu dawg on sunday....awesome bat, not overly happy with the grip though, blistered on the top of my left hand (right handed batter).

Any grips that you guys and girls can recommend that are softer than the standard demarini grip?

Gamma grips are pretty nice. Got one on a stick, but I have to find out exactly which one it is. I don't like overly thick grips.

Demarini typically has some of the best cushioned grips out there, might be gripping the handle too tight. Loose hands make for make for better snap and faster bat speed fwiw. I go the opposite way and use a single layer of friction tape which really helps my hands stay loose, I stay away from cushioned grips cause I instinctively grip the handle too tight which tenses my whole upper half

My dad is a tennis coach and when growing up he put gamma grips on all of our bats...even our wiffle ball and stickball bats haha. I always liked it and still use it!
