Default 2013 Stamed Demarini Construction

Does anyone know if their new stamp utrip sticks will have the magic unraveling shell like easton/mikens do? Wondering how they are going to ensure their bats don't break in past standard and hoping they have just figured out how to do it without making them self destruct. One of the last mfgs making their sticks in the US and I'm hoping they have a good option for me, otherwise I'll probably go nano next year.

Actually....

I believe Demarini's are "assembled" in the U.S.A. but the "compnents"(barrel, handle, knob) are all made by different manufacturers some or all of which are not located in the US.

You can correct me if I'm wrong on this but I need hard proof otherwise I cannot believe you.

I only know what customer service told me and player reps supported. Still better than LS or Easton if it is only assembly and finishing.

Just spoke to Demarini CS again the other day to see if they have any plans for production of the 30oz swagger (nope!). Did mention starting now all new production bats will have the 2013 stamps.

Also, will be coming out with the new stadium mid-May that will be a combo of of the cartel and stadium. Very curious to see this new bat and decide whether this will be my new utrip stick.
