Why do I keep doing this to myself?

Oh well..... back at again. This time... I hope I don't quit half way through the goal.
Stay strong my friends.

No umping. Might come by late afternoon or evening. Daughter has a high school tourney at the fastpitch complex next door.

They drained 20cc's out of my knee today. Supposedly that is one the higher side for Bakers Cysts. A lot better than ligament or bone damage, but from the sounds of it, there is a good chance of it returning. Procedure was easy enough, but I think it is time to get on the bike.
