You can be a monster just eat right & lift smart. Mix in strength training & volume. Work on your time under tension. Dont cheat on form. I put juice right there with shaved bats in coed leagues

I meant it metophoricly. Im pushing myself in a safe way. Eating better. Building my core to make a push at the 400lb bench. Just at a stall physically right now.

If you strengthen your legs that will help with your bench goal. I know it sounds weird but the stronger your legs are the more you can bench.

Glutamine & zma have helped me prevent muscle loss

I'm quite womanly imho. Never in the history of ever have I benched more than 190lbs. I'm just a fat skinny guy.

I was skinny. In high school I gained 12lbs in 4 years. When I was 18 I weighed 170lbs. It took me 3 years to get up to 220. Through the years building strength has been a slow steady incline.
