Default Softball: Numbered-Ball Drill

I've also heard a drill where you paint one piece of the cover red and the other half stays white and you have to tell the pitcher or coach or whatever which half you hit. Obviously good for guys like Hauser who have poor hand-eye coordination.

thats a great drill...I did the numbers on the wiffel golf balls with my sons team 4-5-6yr olds and even if they miss the # they are WATCHING that ball all the way!
