Default Hitting off a Tee...

Does anyone hit off a tee as part of their daily/weekly routine?...

I started this week because right now I feel like my swing is s#it... I'm playing tonight (vs. Jimmy D's team), so I'll see if it helped at all.

I do it a lot... I had switched to a Juggs Soft Toss machine for awhile but I prefer the tee.

Great for breaking down mechanics, experimenting with different stances/grips, seeing what works and what doesn't.

Great tool. But don't do it too much. You just want to get your mechanics right, then take live BP as much as possible.

He had to be drunk on that swing. He just had to.

Thanks Kenny, I actually think I was taking too much BP, which sounds stupid but in BP unless you are really disciplined, you wind up swinging at every pitch and that was messing up my swing... I'm going to hit off the tee tonight before I leave for the game and see if that helps. We're playing at BBH so you usually don't have time for BP.

And I don't think (2) 4 inning games is enough swings for you either at BBH...

WOOHOO...

I bought a soft toss machine last year... I use it whenever I can before the season... but with Extra innings right around the corner, it might start collecting dust... The little guy uses it alot this time of year.. just to get his hand eye coordination up.
