Default Fat Burning Stack

I donít like fat burning pills their high $ & donít trust them so I got this together off a bodybuilding site. I donít do this all the time, but I use this stack when I need to lose a few extra without adding miles or a day of cardio.

Caffeine (coffee, tea, etc): 200mg between meals 2-3 times daily ( 1 of those 30min before workout)

Green Tea Extract: 500-1000mg 2-3 times a day ( 1 before your workout)

L-Carnitine: 2-3gís 3 times a day with a meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Fish Oil (enteric coated unless you like fish burps): take 2-3gs (1200mg = 1.2 gís) with a meal ( I take 1200mgs 3 times a day)

Works great with a workout/cardio plan. Mix a b-complex (energy), vit D3, with a good multivitamin & you'll a huge difference. You can also you yohimbe & capsaicin if you want ( donít use yohimbe if you have any kind of anxiety etc & the capsaicin if you have acid reflux etc etc)

I hear lowering caloric intake an increasing output woks better than these.

I'm talking about using this along with your diet & cardio. Makes your body way more efficient at burning just "fat". Keeps more muscle but releases your fat for your body to freely use.

I also hear not being a smartass helps maintain brain cells

I have been running around working my ass off in the hot sun. Losing weight unnecessarily. Might need to start shopping for Size 34 shorts here soon. Could probably fit in them now.

That person lied to you lol. No I agree. What I see a lot of is no its cool
I'm on hydroxycut so I can eat what I want go lift some weights and then complain when I'm not losing fat. I say fat because losing weight isn't always an accurate measurement.

Green tea and caffeine are really good for preworkout but be careful having caffeine if you are taking other preworkout supplements because some have caffeine in them already, and too much of it will really harm you. Whey protein is also really good for fat burning because it makes you fuller longer so it's can be used as a meal replacement. A lot of women use it to lose weight but it's a normal and very common protein powder for anyone to use. This kinda goes over it- http://www.fitday.com/fitness-articl...-weight.html#b
